Faculty of Marketing and International Business

Faculty of Marketing and International Business

The MUBS FMIB is well placed to lead critical conversations about the future role of marketing in the domestic and international market space and how it shapes business development, economic growth, and prosperity in the East African region and Africa in general. In undertaking this role, we offer both undergraduate and postgraduate study programs that aim to develop future leaders with a global approach and African perspectives on marketing and international business. Our learners are guided to adopt digital technologies that support the development of competencies needed to build sustainable solutions for social, economic, and environmental challenges in Uganda and Africa in general. In addition, we emphasize developing modern research skills for engaged scholarship in an increasingly dynamic local, regional, and international business environment.

The faculty has expertise in global trading systems and policy analysis, value chain development, cross-cultural communication, marketing analytics and digital strategy, consumer profiling, market risk analysis, and structural profiling among others. They are ready to support you to learn and prepare for the future of business in the complex African business landscape.

I invite you to come and enrol with us to develop competencies that will help enable your future.”
