The general regulations and guidelines of Higher Degrees and the School will apply. Never the less, the following guidelines will be adhered to:
- Direct Entry
- At least a Lower Second Division Honors degree or equivalent qualifications from Makerere University or a recognized university
- Diploma Holders
- At Least Second-Class Postgraduate Diploma from Makerere University or Its Equivalent from A Recognized Institution.
- Professional Qualification
- Students possessing an appropriate professional qualification in any field of study is eligible for this programme
