Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is one the pioneer programs offered at Makerere University Business School since the inception of the Business school. The program was started in1993 in order to provide business and management education in the country through offering students with practical business and management training that can prepare them to successfully work with large and small organizations both locally and globally. Despite the emergency of standalone programs that have been developed from a BBA like Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Bachelor of Science in Finance, Bachelor of Science in Marketing, the program still admits and graduates the highest number of students in all its specializations.

Upon completion of the programme, students are expected to;
- Have Knowledge about corporate management and skills.
- Understand the diverse functioning of a company.
- Attain Entry-level positions in many organizations in manufacturing, public service, international organizations, not for profit organizations, small businesses including start-ups, project management and in the services sector.
