    About the Department

    The Department of Human Resource Management at MUBS champions integrated education, research, and professional practice in HR. We prepare students to manage talent strategically, foster inclusive workplace cultures, and leverage human capital as the cornerstone of organizational success. Our programs emphasize a blend of theoretical knowledge and real-world skills, equipping graduates to thrive in dynamic organizational environments.
